Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience or completion of a lending training program.
• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent; applicable years may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offering loan solutions.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts to achieve branch targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to achieve goals and reduce turnover.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
• Develop business by networking with local establishments and building community relations.
• Manage exceptions to policy and resolve product, service, and policy obstacles for customers.
• Monitor monthly expenses in line with the annual business plan.
• Investigate and resolve customer and employee inquiries and complaints.
