Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, operations, or related industry.
• Proven track record of coaching employees and building strong teams.
• Ability to set expectations, manage performance and achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Background in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• Hands-on leadership focused on employee success, operational effectiveness, and customer relationships.

What You'll Do As Branch Manager

You will be responsible for leading the Saukville branch, developing employees, and ensuring the team delivers outstanding service while meeting business objectives. From strengthening lending practices to improving operational results, you'll play an important role in the branch's success and in the relationships we build with our members.

• Connect with the community: Build local partnerships and represent KCU through meaningful community involvement.

What Will Help You Succeed?
