Job summary

Stoneway Electric Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team, drive sales and manage operations for profitability. You will recruit, train, motivate, and direct staff while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company processes.

You will oversee inventories, pricing, and branch assets, travel as needed, and work with the District Manager on planning and growth initiatives. Our benefits package supports health, retirement, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Eclipse, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sales efforts within the assigned branch and assist with annual business planning
• Assist with account development and conduct customer calls as needed
• Ensure Business System standard processes are installed and followed at the branch
• Maintain competitive pricing profiles while protecting margins and profit goals
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and laws
• Hire, train, and manage branch staff; plan, assign, and review work and evaluate performance
• Recommend merit wage increases within the company policy
• Oversee branch purchasing, pricing, quotations, contract review, and warehouse activities
