The role emphasizes client-focused service, staff development, and strong partnerships with partners across the bank. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a background in retail banking

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; background in banking is a plus.
• Licenses: background check and fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
