Job summary

Qualifications

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead referrals to other bank areas to meet customer needs and deepen relationships.
• Coach team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Utilize tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies and educate the team.
• Develop community relationships and drive business in the market area.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing to align with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies and procedures.
