Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for our New Castle location in Pennsylvania to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and cross-department coordination with mechanics, sales, and delivery teams to ensure efficiency and profitability. A proven leadership record and strong grasp of ERP and MS Office are preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of branch/operations/store management experience.
• Proven leadership with a track record of managing teams.
• Strong inventory control, financial management, and safety compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is preferred but not required.
