Point Spring & Driveshaft Co. in New Castle, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, keep the shop running smoothly, and ensure customers leave satisfied.

You will coordinate with mechanics, sales, and drivers, manage inventory and staffing, and drive day-to-day operations with a hands-on, service-focused leadership style. Join a legacy company and help keep our customers on the road.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or store management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, profit/loss statements, and safety compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in business software and systems (e.g., inventory, ERP, Microsoft Office).
• Preference may be given to those with experience in the heavy-duty truck industry
