• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or operations management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.

• Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the branch team to create and implement SOPs in all functional operations systems and processes.
• Lead all facets of operation for the branch including team leadership, training and development, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
• Manage SG&A costs and deliver financial and performance benchmarks.
• Provide training, coaching and motivation to staff.
• Develop annual budget, forecast, and business plans.
