Qualifications

• 5+ years in the service industry.
• 3+ years in operations or branch management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
