Qualifications

• 5+ years in the service industry.
• 3+ years in operations or branch management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
