You will oversee personnel, sales, inventory, and distribution while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and respect. This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or related environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Experience using metrics, reporting, and data analysis to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive, customer-focused culture across all departments.
• Foster collaboration and strong communication between teams, encouraging a proactive mindset.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability to support employee and team success.
• Meet regularly with department managers to review performance, workload, and priorities.
• Monitor department metrics, lead times, productivity, and service levels for continuous improvement.
• Use data and KPIs to drive operational excellence and achieve goals.
• Establish and monitor performance goals for departments and team members.
• Partner with Regional Operations and Sales leadership to develop and execute strategies.
• Support managers in resolving employee relations and operational issues with accountability.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet customer commitments.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and assets through preventative maintenance programs.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
