Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking with supervisory experience, a strong grasp of regulations, and proven ability to develop client relationships and cross-sell services. WaFd offers comprehensive benefits and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in banking, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role; prior sales or client relations experience, preferred.
• Proven success in small business development, deposit/loan growth, and cross-selling.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), keyboarding, and digital banking tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to be bonded.
