The role emphasizes leading a strong sales process, opening new accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, training staff, and stepping in for the Vice President Branch Manager as needed. A 2-year degree or equivalent training is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and train others.
• Ability to read financial statements and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead an effective sales process while supporting excellent member service.
• Opens new accounts and submits loans for processing and decisioning; communicate disposition to member.
• Monitors office activities for regulatory and policy compliance, branch security, transactions, loans, and documentation.
• Trains new branch personnel; prepares work schedules; monitors performance and ensures goals are met.
• Manages branch in absence of Vice President Branch Manager.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
