You will recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional sales team, build strong vendor relationships, ensure financial stability with the Branch Credit Manager, and foster a safety-focused culture that emphasizes compliant practices and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years related experience in leadership preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in industry is desirable.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and motivational abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with delegation capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration.
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and collaborate with other departments.
• Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and financial stability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and leverage manufacturer information to market products and services.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders.
• Champion a safety-oriented culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
