Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in pest control industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by law.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen and have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service teams for smooth branch flow.
• Drive the implementation of programs and initiatives by motivating the district management team.
• Review district environments and business indicators to identify opportunities and coach teams to goals.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership
