Job summary

SIXT USA is seeking a Branch Manager in Boston to lead a multi-branch team, manage the fleet, and deliver premium customer service. You will drive budgets, sales, and market penetration while mentoring staff and coordinating with Talent on hiring and performance reviews.

The role offers a starting salary of $75,000 with an annual bonus incentive capped at $34,500, plus a company car and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, driving revenue and profitability
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular reviews
• Recruit new team members with Talent team and coach managers in recruitment
• Manage vehicle fleet and operational tasks (health and safety, CI, defleets) and delegate tasks for efficient workflows
• Maintain premium customer service, handle complaints, and optimize processes with regional managers
