Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building a strong team culture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive growth while maintaining risk controls.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
