Responsibilities include budgeting, deposits growth, risk management, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with treasury, mortgage, and marketing teams to meet financial targets and enhance community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• 2 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Able to build relationships within the business community.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve goals and exceptional service.
• Lead weekly huddles and monthly staff meetings on sales and operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and manage branch risk.
• Represent the bank in the community and support financial education initiatives.
• Collaborate with treasury, mortgage, and marketing teams to deliver service.
