You’ll be the main point of contact for customer questions, service issues, and branch decisions, coordinating with mechanics, sales, and delivery drivers to keep things running on schedule. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in branch or store management, strong leadership, inventory and P&L knowledge, and proficiency with ERP/inventory software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or store management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, profit/loss statements, and safety compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in business software and systems (e.g., inventory, ERP, Microsoft Office).
• Preference given to those with heavy-duty truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for customer questions, service issues, and branch decisions.
• Write up service orders and ensure customer needs are met from start to finish.
• Collaborate with mechanics, sales, and delivery drivers to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and overall day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead and coach a team that takes pride in its work and service.
