The ideal candidate will supervise loan processing, handle field collections as needed, ensure policy compliance, and drive branch growth through local marketing initiatives. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience is preferred.
• Customer service or financial services experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial regulations.
• Multitasking and prioritization under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate branch employees to achieve performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Oversee loan application processing and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct field collections by visiting customers’ homes or workplaces.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Ensure proper cash handling and office security.
