Job summary

Atlas Credit Company in Waco, TX seeks a Branch Manager to lead all branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires hands-on leadership, field visits to collect payments, and the ability to motivate a team to meet performance targets.

You will train and develop personnel, build durable customer relationships, handle escalations, and promote ethical standards while complying with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch and directing staff.
• Willingness to conduct field visits to collect payments and engage customers in the field.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to meet goals and metrics and drive performance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate branch personnel.
