Job summary

Atlas Credit Company Inc seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the team, oversee branch operations, and deliver outstanding customer service at our Arlington, TX location.

You will coach staff, drive sales through effective marketing, manage loan applications, ensure compliance, and build lasting customer relationships while working in a bilingual English/Spanish environment. The role requires hands-on leadership and excellent communication to motivate a diverse team toward performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial regulations.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and manage branch operations.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to helping customers manage their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Work Environment

8-hour shifts – Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
