You will collaborate with corporate teams, manage crew leaders, monitor contracts, and implement initiatives to improve processes and service delivery for commercial and residential properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years in landscaping or related industry.
• At least three years of progressive leadership experience (e.g., Divisional/Production Manager).
• Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.

United Land Services is a leading commercial landscaping company providing year-round landscape maintenance and a full range of landscape services. We work with a variety of properties, including single-family home developments, condominium communities, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. Our services include landscape design and installation, irrigation, hardscapes, and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers.

We are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. This position will be responsible for driving branch performance, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting employee development, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and helping the branch achieve its operational and financial goals while working closely with branch leadership, corporate teams, and executive leadership to implement company initiatives, improve processes, and provide high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch goals in collaboration with executive leadership to align with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and account retention.
• Oversee and support branch leadership in training and developing crew leaders and team members.
• Ensure the proper execution and renewal of client contracts, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report on branch performance, working closely with corporate teams to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality assurance measures.
• Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service standards and client expectations.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment, making safety a top priority for all branch activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in landscaping or a related industry.
• At least three years of progressive leadership experience, such as serving as a Divisional or Production Manager.
• Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a closely related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
