Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Delaware is seeking a Branch Manager Intern to gain day-to-day operations exposure in a retail branch environment and contribute to top-tier customer service and satisfaction.

You will help achieve operational goals through collaboration with our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams, while performing basic cashier duties and merchandising tasks to ensure strong store presentation and inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with retail store operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service to grow relationships with customers.
• Follow the TRS process: build brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles.
• Restock shelves, clean, and merchandise to maintain store presentation.
• Analyze inventory information to assess product availability and reorder status.
• Promote private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit.
• Educate customers on our Brick and Click model and competitive advantages.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager Intern with The Restaurant Store will gain a day-to-day operations perspective in a retail branch environment and become a contributor to a high level of customer service and satisfaction.The Branch Manager Internwill achieve a variety of operational goals through effective customer service strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

• Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service with a focus on building and developing relationship with our customer base
• Execute on our proven TRS process: 1) build brand awareness, 2) assess customer’s needs, 3) exceed expectations, and 4) build loyalty
• Perform basic cashier functions and loading products into customer vehicles
• Perform general store maintenance through cleaning and merchandising functions, while also restocking shelves and putting away incoming stock
• Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re-order status
• Promote our private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit
• Educate prospective customers on our competitive advantages (best people, best technology, and best price)
• Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of our website and educate customers on how to best-utilize our “Brick and Click” business model
