Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Branch Manager Intern to gain day-to-day operations exposure within a retail branch. You will contribute to high levels of customer service and satisfaction while aligning with our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

You will support the execution of our proven process, including building brand awareness, assessing customer needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering loyalty.

Qualifications

• Allows for entry-level to mid-level candidates with retail/supply chain exposure.
• Requires proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
• Requires ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales and customer service to build relationships with customers.
• Execute the TRS process: brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier functions and loading products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store appearance through cleaning, merchandising, restocking shelves, and stocking incoming inventory.
• Analyze inventory data to determine product availability and reorder status.
• Promote TRS private label brands to maximize gross profit.
• Educate customers on unique advantages of Brick and Click business model.
