Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Sales, Strategy & Planning Intern to gain day-to-day operations exposure in a retail branch. You will contribute to customer service excellence and align with sales, purchasing, and inventory teams to reach operational goals.

You will support relationship-building with customers, learn our proven TRS process, and assist with inventory analysis, merchandising, and educating customers on our Brick and Click model.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B sales and customer service to build relationships with customers.
• Follow the TRS process: build brand awareness, assess needs, exceed expectations, build loyalty.
• Perform basic cashier functions and load products into customer vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; restock shelves and organize stock.
• Analyze inventory information to check product availability and re-order status.
• Promote private label brands to maximize gross profit.
• Explain advantages of TRS (best people, best technology, best price).
• Understand and educate customers on the Brick and Click business model.
