Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Sales Management Training Program in Hazleton, PA. As a MT, you’ll begin learning our business from day one, rotating through sales, customer service, and operations while based at a local branch.

This structured program offers training, mentoring, and a clear path to branch leadership, with promotion from within and a 46-hour work week and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• You will start in our Sales Management Training program, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• You will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• The program trains you to eventually run your own branch, build relationships, and lead a team.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
