Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Lebanon, PA. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program provides training, mentoring, and a clear path to run your own branch, with exposure to sales, service, finance, and operations, plus a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; build community relationships essential to growing your own business.
