Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program at locations near Meadville, PA. You will start as a MT and learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with structured guidance and mentoring to help you progress into leadership.

You will develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn to put customers first while building community relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug, alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills in a hands-on environment.
• Build relationships in the community to grow your own business and potentially run your own Enterprise branch.
