Job summary

You will complete the Branch Manager Training Program and may travel for in-person training and meetings, including out-of-state when required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Wamiliarize with branch operations, deposits and investments growth.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank and SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver attentive service and meet goals.
• Grow deposits and investments using Branch Scorecard insights.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment and adhere to policies.
