Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States for the Carmel, IN area. You will lead a high-performance team, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. Extensive training is provided to prepare you to manage an entire operation, including P&L oversight.

You will coach staff, recruit and develop talent, and maintain strong community ties. Relocation within the region after 6-9 months of training is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training completion.
• Develop leadership in team through coaching and evaluations.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue growth and manage daily activities.
• Recruit, train and develop sales/service staff.
• Be willing to relocate within the region after training.
