Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Georgia to grow with a market‑leading consumer loan company. You will participate in an on-the-job training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support for promotions.

You will focus on helping customers meet financial goals, originate new loan business, and guide clients through the loan process while delivering exceptional service and promoting our core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year+ of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Help Branch Manager with recruiting and training of staff.
