Hertz Corporation is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This fast-paced role provides hands-on exposure to sales, operations, fleet management, and administration.

You will gain experience across customer service, inventory control, compliance, and finance processes while shadowing leaders and building team leadership capabilities for future roles.

• Support achievement of location sales goals.

• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
