Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring a Branch Manager II for the Klamath Falls, OR location. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales and margin, and coach a growing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires 2+ years' management, experience in retail or industrial distribution, and the ability to lift up to 75–125 lbs. Strong communication, computer skills, and prioritization are essential; welding/gas/safety experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading teams in retail or industrial distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to bridge staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales, deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory, and control expenses.
• Foster safety and regulatory compliance; mentor staff and coordinate with HR.
• Support outside sales and nurture client relationships while pursuing new business.
• Ensure timely financial processing and reporting, including cash and PO handling.
