Qualificações

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism a plus.
• Demonstrated history of success and ability to direct and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with technology and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and organize all reservations and pickups and build vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution and service quality.
• Lead staff meetings, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and maintain safety.
