Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a full-service branch in California. You will lead lending activities, customer service, and staff development while driving sales and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving branch goals, and managing risk and performance. A strong management background and experience in consumer finance are preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of consumer finance or related management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach staff to achieve branch goals.
• Strong communication and sales skills are essential.
• Familiarity with lending software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals related to profitability, loan volume, credit quality and expenses.
• Develop new business and promote sales and service culture through coaching and staff motivation.
• Provide leadership and supervision; delegate daily operations to the Assistant Branch Manager or others.
• Ensure high quality client service and monitor overall client satisfaction.
• Adhere to state and federal guidelines in lending and collections.
