Job summary

The Branch Manager at Lendmark Financial Services oversees the full service branch operations, including lending, product sales, customer service and security. You will lead, coach and supervise staff to drive branch goals and profitability.

You will develop new business, manage staff performance, ensure compliance, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years in consumer finance or related management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and sales skills.
• Experience in personnel management and budgeting.
• Proficient with lending software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to meet profitability, loan volume and customer service goals.
• Develop new business relations and promote sales within the community.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure high quality client service and satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
