Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in wholesale distribution or HVAC, 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of HVAC parts and systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in wholesale distribution or HVAC/building products.
- 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily branch operations, including warehouse, counter sales, and delivery functions.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock rotation, and compliance with receiving/shipping procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
- Lead recruitment, training, and management of branch staff.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
