Job summary

Senior Helpers Clearwater is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, guide care and office teams, and drive revenue growth in the local market.

The role focuses on developing partnerships with hospitals and senior communities, implementing strategies for high-quality client care, and tracking KPI performance.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in home care operations, strong leadership, and exceptional communication, with a degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 4+ years in home care.
• Minimum of three years of operations experience in home care or healthcare.
• Strong organizational and rapport building skills, active listener, detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and follow-up with prospects, referral sources, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and lead care and office teams.
• Develop strategies to ensure high-quality client care and efficient resource use.
• Establish lead sources and partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities and healthcare providers.
• Develop and manage lead sources through meetings, networking, and digital strategies; oversee digital marketing.
• Develop and maintain weekly activity reports and track KPIs.
• Establish client onboarding with caregiver introductions, first-day service calls, and 90-day visits.
• Coach and train staff; ensure clear internal communications.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
