CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Brandon, MS is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a newly established Jackson/Brandon branch. You will drive sales, service, and operations, build relationships with customers, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable branch performance across CraneWorks and RentalWorks.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong business judgment and the ability to scale the branch through effective recruiting, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CraneWorks and RentalWorks branch operations, sales, customer service, and team development.
• Develop local market presence and target accounts in Jackson/Brandon, MS.
• Coordinate with sales, service, dispatch, and other departments to convert opportunities into jobs and rentals.
• Schedule and manage branch staff and daily activities; establish goals and performance expectations.
• Oversee daily branch operations, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with General Managers to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Build a culture of Safety, Service, and Excellence across both CraneWorks and RentalWorks.
• Recruit, train, and develop initial branch team and resources.
