You will grow deposits and investments, manage risk and controls, and collaborate with colleagues to deploy the latest banking solutions and technology. This role requires strong leadership, a client-centric approach, and the ability to work weekend/evening hours within a Chase branch network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team.
• Ability to create and maintain a strong risk and control environment; adherence to policies.
• Desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology.

Responsabilités

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
