Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive profitability, growth, and exceptional client experiences through needs-based conversations and strategic portfolio development.

You will manage sales, service and operations, coach staff, and develop relationships with small business and mass affluent clients, while aligning with community initiatives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years retail banking experience required.
• Previous lending experience required.
• 3+ years management experience in a sales environment preferred.
• Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales, service, and operational excellence through the team.
• Provide best-in-class client experience via needs-based conversations.
• Lead and coach sales/service behaviors using the Sales & Service Playbook.
• Develop business through small business, mass affluent, and partner lines.
• Meet/exceed branch sales goals while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
• Engage in outbound sales to build primary relationships.
• Analyze performance dashboards to adjust initiatives and coaching.
• Develop relationships with existing clients to deepen and retain revenue.
• Represent the bank in community involvement and CRA initiatives.
