• Ability to be registered as an MLO in the NMLS.
• Proficient with personal computers and Windows-based programs.
• Knowledge of applicable banking regulations and policies.

• Develop and implement branch marketing and business plans.

• Collaborate with Business Banking Officers for local development.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Authorize credits and overdrafts within approved authority.
• Operate within annual budget and manage expenses.
