Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Derry, NH seeks an experienced Branch Manager to ensure the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. You will lead, coach, and develop staff while modeling Triangle's Service Strategy in day‑to‑day operations.

You will monitor branch results, prepare reports, maintain communications with executives, build relationships with members and sponsor groups, manage past‑due accounts, set branch goals, and drive service and sales

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving service and sales results.
• Leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop staff.
• Knowledge of lending, mortgage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, develops, motivates, hires, and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations.
• Monitors branch operating results and corrects unsatisfactory conditions.
• Maintains communications with executives and prepares standard reports.
• Represents the branch with members, sponsors, and suppliers; drives service and sales strategies.
• Manages past-due accounts and establishes branch goals aligned with company objectives.
