Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a goal-driven retail/sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Proven ability to drive branch sales and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Leads the process of referring customers to other areas of the bank to meet customer needs.
• Leading team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.

• Demonstrating acumen in banking, investments and lending.
