Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in a financial institution with supervisory experience, plus strong marketing and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required as the foundation for leadership.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• At least two years of supervisory experience and a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day branch sales and operations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise staff to meet goals and service standards.
• Develop branch sales plans and manage performance and coaching sessions.
• Ensure excellent member service and efficient branch operations.
• Represent the branch in cross‑functional collaboration and community outreach.
