Job summary

The Bank of Missouri in Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales and service excellence at the branch level. You will plan and facilitate sales meetings, coach staff, and oversee customer interactions to meet financial targets.

You will develop plans to call on accounts, promote products, and seek new business opportunities while ensuring risk control and audit integrity across branch operations. Experience in retail banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5–6 years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of sales and service processes at the branch.
• Develop and meet retail goals and sales targets for staff with accountability on referrals.
• Oversee customer service quality through direct interaction with customers and prospects.
• Coach staff to achieve assigned goals and provide motivation.
• Call on maturing accounts, referrals, and new prospects within the market area.
• Promote and sell retail banking products and solicit client referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities and perform outside sales when needed.
• Ensure audit integrity, risk management, and security of the branch.
