Southern Bank seeks a Branch Retail Manager in Missouri to oversee all aspects of the retail branch including sales, deposits growth, operations, and customer service. You will lead, coach and supervise staff, develop business opportunities with loan officers and community partners, and ensure compliance and security.

You will drive branch profitability, manage day-to-day routines, participate in community events, and uphold Southern Bank's customer-focused culture.

Formación

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 5 years banking/finance sales and customer service.
• Proven leadership and training abilities.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales and customer service by partnering with Loan Officers to drive deposits and new account growth.
• Coach and supervise branch staff to meet daily sales and service targets.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, privacy and information security regulations.
• Oversee branch operations, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Represent the branch in community events to build relationships and visibility.
