Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Branch Manager for its Nashville location. You will oversee P&L and inventory, manage staff, and build strong customer relationships to expand local market share while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience, operational leadership, and the ability to work on-site in Nashville. A vehicle is required and MVR is checked as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with sales order software, Oracle preferred.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle with MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Safeguards company assets and associates. Provides operational oversight and inventory management.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational needs; develops sales and operations expertise.
• Initiates and builds customer relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitors local market trends; develops strategies to grow local market share and pursue opportunities.
• Works with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures compliant operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
