Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services in Aurora, Colorado is hiring a Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a full-service branch, manage lending activity, customer service and security, and develop new business relationships within the community.

This role features a salary range of $64,000 to $68,000 annually plus quarterly incentive compensation. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, tuition assistance and more.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
3-5 years of consumer finance or related industry experience.
Personnel management and budgeting skills.
Effective communication, organization and sales skills.
Proficient with loan software, MS Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate staff to meet goals related to profitability and loan volume.
Make loan decisions up to lending limits and collect delinquent accounts.
Develop business relationships within the community to meet sales targets.
Hire, train, and supervise staff; delegate daily operations.
Ensure high quality client service and monitor satisfaction.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
